ACT Mass Loss Coupons - also known as Weight Loss Coupons – are specified in a wide range of corrosion tests to validate the severity of corrosion. ACT Coupons and Racks comply with GMW14872, GM9540P, and SAE J2334 standards for consistent accuracy.
Each steel coupon measures 1 x 2 x 0.125” and is stamped with an alpha numeric ID. A 1/4” hole is drilled through the center of each coupon for mounting to our non-metallic, standards compliant coupon holder, which is also available for purchase.
